ARENACX CHANNEL PARTNERS
Expand what you can solve for your customers.
ArenaCX helps you bring broader customer-operations capabilities into relationships you already know. We can support you behind the scenes, work alongside you, or take a larger execution role—depending on the customer, the opportunity, and how you want to engage.
More ways to help the customer. More flexibility in how you engage.
Solve more for the customer
Expand what you can solve without having to build every delivery capability yourself.
Broader solution access
Bring BPOs, talent, technology, specialist capabilities, and managed multi-provider structures into opportunities when the customer need is broader than your own offering.
Flexible execution
ArenaCX can work behind the scenes, alongside you, or in a more visible execution role across sourcing, commercial structure, contracting, launch, coordination, and managed operations.
Preserve your role
Structure the engagement around agreed roles so you can stay connected to the customer and opportunity instead of simply handing off a lead.
Commercial upside
Approved Channel Partners may earn compensation when qualified opportunities produce successful ArenaCX business, subject to the applicable written agreement.
Flexible relationship
Channel relationships are generally non-exclusive and can range from occasional referrals to deeper collaboration depending on the partner and opportunity.
Built for credible relationship holders—not a mass affiliate network.
ArenaCX works selectively with people and organizations that have legitimate customer relationships, recognize real operating problems, and can provide useful context around an opportunity.
Advisors & consultants
Trusted advisors who encounter outsourcing, CX, BPO, back-office, workforce, technology, surge, or transformation needs beyond their own delivery scope.
Brokers & sourcing intermediaries
Originators or influencers of customer opportunities who want a credible execution partner behind the relationship.
Technology & service companies
Companies whose customers may need operating, BPO, staffing, or managed-service capabilities that complement their own product or service.
Agencies / ecosystem partners
Firms with relevant executive relationships or adjacent services that occasionally uncover customer-operations opportunities.
Other qualified originators
Credible relationship holders whose opportunities fit ArenaCX and can be properly qualified and structured.
When a customer need reaches beyond what you want to solve alone.
You do not need to diagnose the operating model before contacting ArenaCX. These are common situations where a Channel conversation may make sense:
BPO sourcing or replacement
A customer needs a new BPO, wants to benchmark an incumbent, or needs a structured RFP/RFI process.
Capability or geography gap
A customer needs capacity, location, language, talent, technology, or specialist capability its current model does not cover.
Multi-provider complexity
A customer needs several providers or capabilities coordinated under a more manageable commercial and operating structure.
Seasonal or surge demand
A customer needs variable or temporary capacity without permanently sizing for peak demand.
Critical or uncertain demand
A customer wants readiness or alternate capacity before a disruptive event or other demand shock.
Broader outsourced-operations problem
A customer has a complex customer-operations or back-office need and would benefit from broader market access plus execution support.
Flexible in structure. Clear in roles.
Step 1 of 6: Identify
You identify a customer need that may fit ArenaCX.
Step 2 of 6: Introduce / Register
Connect ArenaCX to the customer—or, if you are already an approved / contracted Channel Partner, register the opportunity through the deal-registration workflow.
Step 3 of 6: Qualify
ArenaCX and the Channel Partner confirm fit, roles, and the appropriate next step.
Step 4 of 6: Engage
Pursue the opportunity under the agreed role: behind the scenes, alongside the partner, customer-facing, or as a subcontractor / solution provider where appropriate.
Step 5 of 6: Deliver
If business is won, ArenaCX and its Provider Network execute the agreed solution as applicable; the Channel Partner remains involved according to the engagement structure.
Step 6 of 6: Earn
Approved Channel Partners may receive compensation when a qualified referral produces business, according to the applicable written agreement.

Responsiveness, integrity, discretion, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach with ArenaCX and the customer.
Strategic fit
Customer relationships and opportunity types that align with ArenaCX capabilities and target market.
Commercial alignment
Willingness to work under a written Channel Partner arrangement and follow agreed referral / opportunity-registration practices.
The role can change by opportunity.
A Channel Partner does not have to fit one permanent model. On one opportunity you may introduce ArenaCX and stay involved in the pursuit. On another, ArenaCX may work behind the scenes. In other cases, you may want to buy or resell ArenaCX services for your own customer engagement.
Refer / introduce
You make the introduction and ArenaCX pursues the opportunity under the agreed relationship structure.
Collaborate / co-sell
You stay involved in the pursuit while ArenaCX brings the operating, sourcing, commercial, or delivery capabilities needed.
Behind-the-scenes support
ArenaCX supports you without needing to become the visible lead in the customer relationship.
Buy / resell / subcontract
You buy or resell ArenaCX services for your customer engagement. The commercial role is determined by the deal and routed internally to the appropriate structure.
